Code fixes:

• Created helper classes to generate source code for type mapper/materializer.
• Fixed issue in optimized type materializer when loading dynamic assemblies (In ASP.NET MVC projects, views are dynamically loaded - don't have a location.)

Improved Visual Studio Add-In:

• Separated Model generation from CRUD Commands generation in table import wizard. Now the model can be generated independently under any project folder (not hard-coded to {Project Root}/Model anymore). Renamed CommandBar buttons accordingly.
• Wizard forms now execute asynchronously, with progress bar and option to cancel operation.
• Small fix to add underscores to type name when generating model if one of the properties has same name.
• T4 Templates support when generating CRUD commands and Model from Sql Server tables. Templates (.tt files) must be located under {Project Root}/T4 folder. Supports Insert.tt, Select.tt, SelectAll.tt, Update.tt, Delete.tt, Model.tt
• Now suggesting source code for model/type mapper/type materializer in command designer wizard.
• Moved CoNatural CommandBar buttons to the end of Visual Studio popup menus.
